Main engine

4. Single Facer Features
1.This machine was top-style vacuum absorption.It can avoid high or low corrugation which can make good quality of corrugated paperboard.
2.It can automatically and reducing offering glue. Pneumatic dealing with corrugated board. Corrugated rollers are cut and polished by special mixture of metal.
3.The whole fears are temperature the hardness readers HRC 55-60.
4. The main axis is lubricated bu high-temperature wed oil. It is sealed up well and can lubricated effectively.
5. The economic speed is 30-40 meters/min.
6. Above machines are equipped double circles for normal user to choose.
5. Single Facer Packing and shipment
1)Inside packaging could be iron frame:it is more firm to avoid shake and damage.
2)Outside packaging could be wooden case: the wooden case is of soft texture could reduce damage from impact
3)There is waterproof wrapped on the product surface before shipment

How about delivery?
According to order quantity, within one month if less than 5 set.
What’s the trade term?
Both FOB and CNF/CFR/CIF is OK.
How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
The machine has 3 years' guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
What’s the payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery by T/T is prefer. Small amount with West Union or Paypal is acceptable.
