15% Solid Content Transparent Paper Strength Agent Dry Strength Agent For Papermaking
The new type of papermaking dry strength agent is a copolymer of acrylamide and acrylic acid. It is a dry strength agent with a zwitterion combination, which can enhance the hydrogen bonding force between fibers in an acidic and alkaline environment, and significantly improve the dry strength of paper (ring compression and break-resistant). At the same time, it also has the functions of assisting in filtering and improving the sizing rate.

Dry strength agent is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:20-40, and can be added in the gap between the pulp mixing box and the slurry tank, or can be continuously added in the high-level box with a metering pump. The dosage is 0.5-2.0% (generally 0.75-1.5%, puree, bone dry pulp), and the concentration is generally 0.5-1%.
