Spreader Roll Description
The Spreader Roll is a kind of roller used to eliminate wrinkles and adhesions in the process of coil cutting and winding. The curved shaft is also called a bending roll due to the irregular curvature of the roll surface. The curved roller is mainly composed of the curved mandrel, rolling bearing assembly, rubber sleeve, end sleeve, support, and adjusting wheel. The mandrel has a certain radian and is fixed on the equipment support with support. The mandrel and the roller surface are linked by bearings so that the roller surface can rotate synchronously with the coil to complete the stretching function. The arc roller bends the shaft into the required arc shape, and the shaft is equipped with bearings at a certain distance, and the rubber sleeve is put on the bearing to form an arc-shaped roller that can rotate around the shaft.

Spreader Roll Structure
